• Proven experience in hospital-based medical technology realization from customer need to launch.
• Proven ability to provide technical and tactical leadership for staff and peers in a startup medical tech environment within a larger organization.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high visibility projects with multiple sub-teams.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and leveraging technology to address opportunities and challenges.
• Strong communication with teams, KOLs, regulators, and customers.
• Experience leading a team of high capability technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term strategic technical product vision aligning team goals with business priorities.
• Direct HW/SW, Systems development for multiple programs concurrently, including early stage NPI, Supply chain and test engineering.
• Own and lead multiple technical product development teams through de-risking, development, and business validation.
• Set direction for hardware/software engineering to meet design requirements and integrate into system designs.
• Define performance expectations and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Anticipate roadblocks and remove silos for seamless execution.
• Represent program status externally with customer collaborators and internally within the company.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership through meetings and communications.
