Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lead within the Design Engineering team to guide SMEs across MEP disciplines for North America. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of hyperscale data centers aligned with standards and performance goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; US-PE preferred.
• 10–15+ years in mechanical design and construction.
• Data center or mission-critical experience required.
• Experience leading technical design teams.
• Cross-discipline knowledge incl. Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Travel up to 15–25% may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic mechanical engineering decisions and set design standards.
• Mentor SMEs and align engineering vision across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership on goals, budgets and priorities.
• Represent mechanical discipline in customer discussions.
