Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Mechanical Engineering Lead in the Design Engineering department to guide SMEs across MEP and related trades, delivering hyperscale data centers in North America. You will align engineering vision with standards, drive innovation, and influence organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (US) registration.
• Data Center or mission‑critical experience required.
• Cross‑discipline knowledge incl. Electrical, Architectural trades.
• Strong design, construction, commissioning and operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering strategy and set standards across NA projects.
• Mentor SMEs and guide critical technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leadership and external consultants.
• Support operations, incident analysis and emergency SME coverage.
• Develop team learning content and onboarding materials.
