The position demands leadership of a team across design phases and strong technical execution. The role requires a PE, 10+ years of experience, and advanced knowledge of building codes, energy modeling and field surveys.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Professional Engineer registration in good standing.
• Advanced experience with HVAC, mechanical utilities and piping design.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client and external partners to deliver coordinated designs.
• Lead mechanical scope tasks with PM on proposals, planning and scheduling.
• Conduct field surveys and support field reporting.
• Develop construction drawings, specifications and design reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee discipline team.
