The role emphasizes client relationships and business development within a collaborative, integrated design environment. Qualified candidates bring a PE license, 15+ years in justice facility systems, and deep knowledge of mechanical/plumbing design, smoke control, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering for Justice + Civic projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and staff across regions, ensuring design criteria and training across teams.
• Ensure quality of designs and manage project execution to meet budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; contribute to business development and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers in an integrated design process; aid in interdisciplinary reviews.
