You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering required.
• Licensed PE with 15+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Expertise in building systems for justice and civic projects; code-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and staff across regions, ensuring design criteria meet justice project requirements.
• Ensure design quality with rigorous reviews and timely deliverables.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client expectations for complex projects.
