You will collaborate with clients, architects, and engineering teams to define specs, prepare construction documents, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role demands strong PM skills and proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in healthcare, science, and technology projects.
• PE license is required.
• HVAC and plumbing design for healthcare and research facilities.
• Familiar with codes, standards and regulations specific to healthcare and technology projects.
• Proficient with mechanical design software (Revit, AutoCAD, and others).
• Strong project management skills including timelines, budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for healthcare, science, and technology projects.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and engineering teams to define project specifications.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and performance of mechanical systems to ensure reliability.
