Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience with career progression.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client relationships and project management capabilities.
• NYS Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Interest in leadership, mentoring, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering design and analysis for building systems projects.
• Manage project delivery from planning through completion.
