Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, a Texas PE, and 10+ years in HVAC design with healthcare portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas required.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC design (airside and hydronic) with healthcare project portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead projects from conception to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for healthcare projects (hospitals, labs).
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff; assign stretch assignments.
• Champion evidence-based design for sustainability and patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships; contribute to strategy and repeat business.
• Represent the firm at professional associations and industry events; present to diverse audiences.
