Job summary

Rep Fitness LLC seeks a Mechanical Engineer III to guide the design of new products from concept through mass production at our Colorado headquarters. You will work with product managers, industrial designers, and leadership to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of engineering experience, and hands-on design with SolidWorks/SolidWorks Simulation. Hybrid work with up to 10% travel internationally is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Prior fitness industry or consumer product experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or managing engineers or other technical staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of products from concept to mass production.
• Design complex assemblies using 3D CAD and validate with FEA and testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to balance form, function and manufacturability.
• Lead meetings, mentor junior engineers, and manage project milestones.
• Coordinate DFx with contract manufacturers and drive cost-effective designs.
