Job summary

REP Fitness LLC seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and own mechanical design for complex products from concept to mass production. You will collaborate with product managers, industrial designers, project managers, and leadership to execute roadmaps and deliver innovative mechnical solutions for customers.

You will mentor engineers, set design standards, and may have direct reports. Travel up to 10% internationally is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience with product design to mass production.
• Experience in fitness equipment or consumer products preferred.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex high-impact projects and product platforms to completion.
• Architect and design complex mechanisms using 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
• Define customer/engineering requirements and influence the roadmap.
• Develop scope, schedule, cost, and resource estimates; identify risks.
