Job summary

REP Fitness LLC is seeking an Engineer II in Westminster, CO to lead new product development from concept to launch. You will own a product, drive engineering tasks, and collaborate with PMs and manufacturing partners to balance design intent with market needs.

You should bring solid CAD skills (SolidWorks), experience in design validation, and a hands-on approach to prototype work. The role offers a hybrid work model with strong growth opportunities in a fast-growing fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience with a track record of product design and development.
• Fitness industry or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects to completion with ownership and appropriate oversight.
• Create detailed CAD models and part/assembly documentation in SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Manager on customer requirements.
• Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings to align on milestones.
• Translate market requirements into engineering specifications.
• Perform tolerance analysis and basic design verification (FEA where applicable).
• Interface with Asia manufacturing partners to communicate design intent and quality expectations.
