Job summary

TRUE Fitness is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I/II to join the Product Development Team in St. Charles, MO. You will develop new consumer fitness products, create and modify 3D/2D models in SolidWorks, and prepare documentation including assembly guides and service drawings.

Responsibilities include developing and managing projects, schedules and budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure specifications are met. Travel up to 15% is expected; office and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• BSME or MSME required or preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills.
• Experience with project management tools and adjusting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product development projects.
• Create and modify 3D/2D models in SolidWorks.
• Create documentation: assembly guides, owner’s manuals, service drawings, exploded views.
• Develop and manage projects, schedules and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet specifications.
• Prepare and lead project reviews.
