Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to drive product development from our Boston-area team. You will lead mechanical design, collaborate with engineers and clients, and guide projects from concept through production.

The role requires 8–12 years in mechanical engineering, a strong 3D CAD background (SolidWorks preferred), and hands-on experience with various manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of industry experience.
• Strong 3D CAD background, SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience with a range of manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new technologies and bring products to market.
• Serve as lead technical contributor, coordinating client communication and project management.
• Coach junior engineers through technical challenges and guide the design process.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to balance scope and timelines.
