Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with facility design experience to join one of our offices in a hybrid role. The candidate will work on building design, retrofits, and energy infrastructure with mentoring opportunities in project management.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience, PE or ability to obtain within 1 year, and expertise in code compliance, central plants, and energy projects. Strong communication within teams is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 8+ years of facility design experience.
• PE license or able to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison with clients and coordinate mechanical design with other disciplines.
• Prepare and check design computations for system design, equipment sizing, and conditions of service.
• Lead and mentor 2D/3D designers and junior engineers to develop drawings and designs.
