The Energy Solutions division leads innovative projects, integrating HVAC design, commissioning, and performance verification to optimize building systems.

The successful candidate will lead the development phase, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive business development across markets with strong emphasis on K-12 design-build

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company OR a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and explain performance contracting to potential clients.
• Lead the engineering design team in producing drawings and specifications.
• Direct the bidding process to ensure quality and competitive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the client to finalize the performance contract.
• Lead site visits, audits, and energy calculations.
• Support the client through the warranty phase as needed.
