Job summary

Kiewit is seeking Senior Mechanical Engineers to design and deliver complex industrial facilities. You will lead mechanical system design, coordinate with multi‑discipline teams, and drive projects from concept through construction.

With 10+ years of experience and expertise in CDU/CRAH, pump stations and process piping, you will influence design decisions and ensure constructible, safe, and cost‑effective solutions. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from ABET‑accredited program.
• EIT certification required; P.E. preferred or willing to obtain.
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical engineering experience in industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, coordination and oversight of mechanical systems for industrial facilities.
• Lead design teams and coordinate with EPC and Design/Build workflows.
• Prepare calculations, equipment specs, PFDs and P&IDs to codes and standards.
• Support construction teams on-site and manage design deliverables and schedules.
