Kiewit is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to drive the technical development, design integration, and execution of industrial projects across North America. You will guide treatment process selection, create design packages, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.

This role suits an engineer with 10+ years in relevant markets and a passion for design-build EPC delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar field.
• 10+ years in process development, conceptual and detailed design in relevant markets.
• PE registration preferred; design/lead of design-build projects is advantageous.
• Willingness for up to 25% travel; strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for industrial facility design and process evaluation.
• Oversee reports, drawings, PFDs, P&IDs, and hydraulic sizing calculations.
• Model process systems and conduct scenario studies.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Engage clients and partners to support business development and proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process discipline training.
