Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Principal Engineer, Mechanical Engineering to serve as a senior technical leader in our Design Engineering Department. You will drive engineering direction, solve complex challenges, and influence cross-functional initiatives across North American data center projects with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–8 years of mechanical design, construction, and operations experience.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive mechanical engineering strategy across North American data center projects.
• Lead complex technical problem-solving and provide design guidance.
• Review design decisions, submittals, and change management actions.
• Mentor engineers and support onboarding and development.
