Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in building engineering, data center experience, EPA 608 certification, and relevant trade qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of technical leadership in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience.
• Experience in Data Centers or raised-floor environments.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification and CRAC maintenance experience.
• Licenses required by authority having jurisdiction and apprenticeship background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize critical HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a data center.
• Develop and implement environment protocols and MOP processes.
• Design cooling solutions for high-density servers and analyze airflow.
• Lead preventive maintenance and root-cause analyses of failures.
• Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
