Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Sr. Data Center Chief Engineer for a Richardson, TX data center.

You will lead a 24x7 operating engineers team, ensure critical environment operations, and drive reliability and safety in a large financial services facility. The role requires 15+ years in data center facilities, 3+ years in senior supervision, strong electrical and mechanical systems knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in critical Data Centers.
• 3+ years in a senior supervisory role within a critical Data Center.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering field or mechanical field desirable.
• Proficient in electrical systems fundamentals, UPS systems, generators, electrical switchgear.
• Proficient in mechanical systems fundamentals, chillers, building automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess facility infrastructure and processes to avoid unplanned outages.
• Maintain adherence to Critical Environment Management program and safety procedures.
• Escalate incidents effectively and manage KPIs and service targets.
• Coordinate and review construction and maintenance work orders; develop PM schedule.
• Assist in CAPEX planning and budget 운영 within OPEX constraints.
• Ensure third party vendors are scheduled and documented; manage relationships with IT, Security, Facilities teams.
