Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage and optimize data center infrastructure. You will oversee HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, design cooling solutions for high‑density environments, and lead preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

With 4+ years in building engineering and EPA 608 certification, you will mentor technicians and drive energy saving projects, reporting to management on status and improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
• Experience in Data Centers/Raised Floor environments.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in data center operations to ensure uptime.
• Design and implement cooling solutions for high‑density servers and optimize airflow.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for critical infrastructure and analyze system performance.
