Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years leading technical product design projects.
• Experience validating testing and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop product designs to meet performance, regulatory, quality and cost requirements.
• Review and understand the technical feasibility of product and internal requirements.
• Apply regulatory codes such as UL.
• Lead product design changes and improvements.
• Design and select robust components and develop specifications.
• Manage project schedules and teams for assigned projects.
• Provide leadership to engineering teams and analyze test data.
