Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in mechanical design and/or manufacturing processes or tooling processes.
• Experience creating, releasing, and updating engineering drawings using a 3D CAD design tool.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and interpreting drawings for mechanical hardware.
• Existing DoD Secret or Top-Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement innovative technical solutions across the product lifecycle for missiles, launchers, and related systems.
• Serve in a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) role with project management capacity.
• Conduct mechanical design analyses ensuring form, fit, and function.
• Lead small teams across disciplines and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve challenges.
• Lead design reviews and facilitate trade studies to support data-driven decisions.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
