Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 7+ years in mechanical construction or supervision on large projects; 3+ years with liquid cooling in data centers.
• Licenses/certs preferred: Journeyman/Master Mechanical, AWS CWI; OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical technicians, fitters, and subcontractors on liquid cooling systems.
• Monitor performance, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee installation aligning with drawings, specs, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and structural trades for integration.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and issue resolution.
