Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer with deep Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to join our SMB Solution Engineering team. You will be the technical authority on MDM within a fast-moving, high-volume SMB segment — helping customers understand how trusted, governed master data unlocks business value.

Qualifications

B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.
4+ years of professional experience in technical sales or solution engineering.
Strong knowledge of Master Data Management concepts (MDM).

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with Account Executives and customers to qualify deals.
Lead technical discovery, document requirements, and analyze MDM needs.
Deliver demonstrations and Proofs of Concept showcasing MDM capabilities.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs independently and accurately.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve MDM offerings.
Stay informed on MDM, iPaaS, AI trends and competitive positioning.
