Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer with Master Data Management expertise to join our SMB Solution Engineering team. You will be the technical authority on MDM within a SMB segment, helping customers understand how governed master data unlocks business value.

You will partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle—leading technical discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations and Proofs of Concept, and making architectural recommendations that connect MDM to business

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• Experience in technical sales or engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and document requirements with customers.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, and Proofs of Concept.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs independently.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve offerings.
