Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Senior/Lead Members of Technical Staff to advance MDM and AI-powered tooling. You will design, build, and operate critical MDM capabilities, including entity resolution and corporate hierarchy automation, while partnering with Product, Data Governance, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/data engineering, enterprise integration, or MDM.
• Proven use of AI-assisted development platforms to improve productivity.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and agentic workflows in software teams.
• Hands-on with Informatica MDM and party data models (Account, Contact, Organization, Supplier).
• Proficient in Java, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered developer tools and automation.
• Build end-to-end MDM integrations with MuleSoft, Airflow, and API orchestration.
• Implement entity resolution, golden records, and data governance capabilities.
• Integrate with Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's, Leadspace for data enrichment.
• Model data, schemas, APIs, and patterns for MDM across structures.
• Deliver production-grade solutions with monitoring and security by design.
• Promote AI-assisted software engineering to boost productivity and quality.
• Participate in design/code/operational reviews and releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across time zones.
