Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer with deep Master Data Management expertise to join our SMB Solution Engineering team. You will be the technical authority on MDM, guiding customers and AEs through technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, and PoCs that connect MDM to business value.
You will bridge MuleSoft and Informatica efforts, delivering architectural recommendations and collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to advance our MDM and Data
Qualifications
- B.S. in CS/SE/MIS or equivalent with 4+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in Master Data Management and data governance.
- Strong communication and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in SMB or high-volume environments.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with Account Executives and customers to qualify deals and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct technical discovery to document and clarify business and MDM requirements.
- Deliver solution demonstrations, whiteboarding, architecture workshops, and PoCs that showcase MDM capabilities.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs independently.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to improve MDM offerings.
- Stay ahead of evolving MDM, iPaaS, and AI landscape; understand competitive positioning.
