Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Client Solution Engineer with deep Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to join the SMB Solution Engineering team. You will be the technical authority on MDM, guiding AEs and customers through discovery, demonstrations, and PoCs, bridging MuleSoft and Informatica as needed to align GTM motions.

B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.
Knowledge of relational databases and web technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with account executives and customers to qualify deals and provide technical guidance.
Conduct technical discovery to document and analyze requirements.
Deliver solution demonstrations and PoCs and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to improve MDM offerings.
Stay ahead of the evolving MDM, iPaaS, and AI landscape and competitive positioning.
