Job summary
Ultra I&C is hiring multiple MBSE-focused Systems Engineers to join our Austin, TX location. You will lead design and development for new defense programs, applying MBSE methodologies and advanced simulation tools to create robust system solutions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, an active Secret security clearance, and 8+ years in Systems Engineering. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to test planning and verification activities within a multi-domain,
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an Engineering-related field.
- Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship is mandatory).
- 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with MBSE tools/methodologies.
- Experience with simulation tools for system design, analysis, and validation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrated avionics and communications systems.
- Provide expert judgment for design, development and implementation of technical products.
- Develop and execute system test plans and procedures per industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers in Systems Engineering practices.
- Write test cases and document results in ALM/IDM tools.
