Ultra I&C, part of Mission Solutions, seeks a seasoned Model Based Systems Engineer to lead design efforts across programs in the Huntsville area. You will guide complex weapon-system integration, MBSE workflows, and test planning for defense programs.

Candidates should hold an Active Secret clearance, have 8+ years in Systems Engineering, and demonstrate success with simulation tools and DoD interfaces. Join a team delivering critical mission support and trusted system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or engineering-related field.
• Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship mandatory).
• 8+ years in Systems Engineering with MBSE experience.
• Experience with simulation tools used for system design, analysis, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrated avionics and communications systems.
• Provide expert judgment for design, development and implementation of technical products.
• Resolve highly complex technical issues and conduct advanced research.
• Defend work and design approaches using SE concepts and procedures.
• Recommend alterations to development to improve quality of products.
