Job summary

Ultra Intelligence & Communications seeks Model Based Systems Engineers to join our Mission Solutions team in Austin, TX or Huntsville, AL. You will lead system design and development for defense programs, applying MBSE methods to complex avionics and communications systems.

Required: 8+ years in Systems Engineering with MBSE tools, active Secret security clearance, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with DoD networks, C2 systems, and test procedures is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems Engineering with MBSE.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with DoD networking and C2 concepts.
• Ability to design, test and verify complex systems within defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of integrated avionics and communications systems.
• Provide expert analysis and justification for design decisions.
• Develop and execute system test plans per industry standards.
• Mentor junior engineers in MBSE best practices.
