Job summary

Elbit America in the United States is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead requirements analysis, systems-level design, and verification across defense programs. You will guide architecture decisions, support development teams, and engage in stakeholder communication.

The role requires 5+ years of systems engineering experience, MBSE proficiency, CONOPS development, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance. Travel to program sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electro-optical engineering, mechanical engineering, or software engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with CONOPS development, requirements mgmt, and MBSE for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop, and document system-level requirements, CONOPS, and mission statements.
• Produce and/or review technical documents, specifications, and standards.
• Perform requirements management, analysis, and allocations for complex systems design.
• Collaborate to develop product architectures meeting cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Plan and support verification and validation activities for complex systems.
