Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer – Architecture and Requirements in Cameo for its Tucson, AZ programs. The role focuses on creating and managing system architecture and requirements, interfacing with multiple stakeholders to ensure cohesive designs and verification within the Systems-V lifecycle.

This is an onsite position based in Tucson. You will collaborate with SMEs, IPTLs, and REAs, lead technical discussions, support flight test

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with Cameo MBSE for requirements and architecture.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage systems architecture and requirements using Cameo.
• Collaborate with IPTLs and SMEs to obtain design information.
• Support flight test activities and write test reports.
• Lead technical discussions and action plans.
• Lead peer reviews and release CDRLs and Technical Data Package documents.
