You will create and manage system architectures, requirements, interfaces, and verification documents, lead technical discussions with SMEs, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee formal release of CDRLs.

Principal Systems Engineer – Architecture and Requirements in Cameo. The role is based in Tucson, AZ and is fully onsite in a rapid‑development environment working on missiles, launchers, and gunner training equipment.
Create and manage systems architecture, requirements, interface definitions & description documents, system integration, and system verification using Cameo by collaborating with multiple IPTLs and SMEs to obtain necessary design information.
Work with Suppliers and the Supply Chain organization for procured items managed through the role of Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for that Assembly Support flight test activities both in potential field support, telemetry analysis post‑flight, and writing test reports.
Provide SE technical expertise in development, integration, troubleshooting, and failure investigations.
Lead technical discussions, formulate plans of action by leveraging company SMEs across multiple engineering disciplines.
Support Statistical Process Control assessments in the factory and as part of hardware verification of missile sections and launch platforms as well as at higher‑level assemblies.
Lead peer reviews and formal release of CDRLs and Technical Data Package documents.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. Eligible for relocation assistance.
