Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Core Systems Engineering: Update, maintain, and improve requirements; develop system architecture and model using Model Based Systems Engineering; conduct trade studies based on Concept of Operations; collaborate with engineers of all disciplines.
• Perform Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real‑world environments; perform and execute testing.
• Integrate Systems: Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluate their functionality and impact, and assess test results for requirements compliance.
• Create or modify documentation in support of design reviews and in preparation for test events.
• Perform platform integration, flight test, qualification, and design verification execution.
• Troubleshoot and analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Perform data analysis: Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.
