Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer – Architecture and Requirements to support Cameo-based development for rapid missile and launcher programs. The role focuses on architecture, requirements decomposition, and verification, collaborating with software, hardware, safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturing teams.

You will contribute to MBSE efforts, oversee verification artifacts, support flight-test activities and telemetry analysis, and help ensure system integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs, CEs, IPTLs, REAs and program stakeholders.
• Experience defining, decomposing, and verifying requirements using MBSE tools (Cameo).
• Experience in System-V (V-model) areas and architectures.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage systems architecture, requirements, interfaces and integration.
• Define verification approaches and oversee verification artifacts.
• Collaborate with Software, Hardware, Safety, Reliability, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Support flight test activities, telemetry analysis and test repositories.
• Travel up to 10% for program needs.
