Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience defining, decomposing, and verifying requirements using MBSE tools (Cameo).
• Experience in System-V (V-model) areas and architectures.

As a Senior Systems Engineer – Architecture and Requirements in Cameo you will be in a technical role contributing directly to the architecture and requirements development and decomposition of complex subsystems, developing the verification approach, and oversight of created verification artifacts. You will engage with cross-functional teams such as Software, Hardware, Safety, Reliability, Quality, and Manufacturing in coordination with the Office of the Chief on a variety of program technical tasks. Tucson-based programs utilizing Cameo are a collection of rapid development programs resulting in a fast-paced environment that includes missiles and launchers on various ground, air, and vehicle platforms, and gunner training equipment
