Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering
• Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Requirements Development, Requirements Management, Requirements Verification, or Integration and Test for software products

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all system and subsystem level requirements specifications for embedded software, configurable logic and/or test systems software.
• Model the system and the system development and production processes using Cameo.
• Conduct Trade Studies and present results to customers.
• SE technical contributor for verification and validation efforts, ensuring all requirements are being assessed.
• Work closely with the Systems, Software, Configurable Logic and Test teams on a variety of program technical tasks.
• Participate in technical conversations with the customer.
• Become a knowledgeable and ‘go-to’ Systems Engineer for the software centric program capabilities.
• Help to onboard new team members, mentor, and guide them using core Systems Engineering skills.
