Job summary

Henkel is seeking a result-driven sales planner for the Adhesive Technologies unit, combining strategic growth planning with field execution across the Midwest. You will translate production plans into actionable procurement and drive new opportunities through collaboration with distribution partners and Henkel Inside Sales teams.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree, a hunter mindset, strong computer literacy, and the ability to manage time and territory from a home base, with up to 60%

Qualifications

• Four year college degree is required.
• Previous direct sales experience in the industrial market is desirable.
• Hunter mentality; you will primarily prospect to obtain new business and bring on new customers.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Time and territory management skills while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Translate the production plan into mid-long term MRP ensuring material availability.
• Act on MRP exceptions per the production plan/finite schedule.
• Support material inventory analysis and management of slow-movers/obsoletes.
• Identify material sourcing risks or opportunities and escalate issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance.
• Ensure correct ordering of material supply in terms of quantity and timing while optimizing order size.
