Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time/territory and work from home.
• Travel up to 60% across Midwest (WI, MN, IL, ND, SD, NE, MO).
• Bonus eligibility and focus on new business development.

Responsibilities

• Translate production plans into MRP and ensure material availability.
• Manage growth plans and pipeline aligned with strategic directives.
• Drive new sales via multiple channels including OEM and partners.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales teams to support territory customers.
• Identify market knowledge and communicate progress to management.
• Leverage CRM to handle sales and customer management.
