Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in materials management or related field.
• 7+ years experience in materials control or related project environments.
• Experience interpreting engineering documentation to establish material requirements.
• Experience with site materials management on complex projects.
• Experience coordinating material receipt, storage, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and BOMs to determine material quantities.
• Plan and forecast material requirements considering inventory and project priorities.
• Maintain material records, stock balances, and traceability.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Provide procurement support and supplier details for traceability.
• Align material availability with project milestones.
• Lead project teams and guide colleagues on materials management.
• Prepare material status reports and risk assessments.
