Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Materials Manager to lead planning, control and delivery of project materials on large EPC/EPCM projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and project management teams to develop materials strategies, optimize cost, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a continuous improvement mindset, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive experience in Materials Control or Materials Management within EPC or EPCM environments.
Experience leading materials management teams on large, complex industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM materials management processes, systems, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of project materials management from planning through final disposition.
Develop and implement project-specific Materials Management Strategies, Plans, Procedures.
Manage day-to-day activities and workload of the materials management team, providing leadership.
Coordinate materials management activities across engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and project management.
Plan project material requirements aligning engineering, construction priorities, procurement schedules.
