Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with practical experience in materials management.
• Experience in materials management, supply chain coordination, or related project delivery.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Knowledge of material control principles and inventory management.
• Experience with material management systems and digital reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, material lists to determine material requirements.
• Develop material demand forecasts to support schedules and priorities.
• Maintain material control systems for tracking and inventory visibility.
• Prepare material documentation for procurement and execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize material usage.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, logistics, and project teams.
• Support material receiving, tracking, allocation, and reconciliation.
• Identify shortages and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining material status reports and updates.
• Support implementation of customer-specific material requirements.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of material management practices.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
