Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Management, Material Program Manager (MPM) for the Advanced Fighter Systems program. The role entails leading subcontract management, MRP planning, and program startup/closeout within a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with several years in a related field.
• Experience leading international procurement activities and application of EXIM policies is a plus.
• Experience supporting product lifecycle activities from New Product Introduction (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material strategies to meet program objectives.
• Generate and manage supplier RFIs, RFQs, and cost/schedule targets.
• Manage EV budgets, forecasts, and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Oversee supplier management processes including risk, performance, and compliance.
• Communicate flow-down requirements (FAR/DFAR/ITAR) across programs.
• Maintain MRP integrity and executable schedules.
