Job summary

RTX is seeking a Materials Program Manager (MPM) to lead Global Supply Chain activities for Patriot International Programs. You will drive program planning from capture through execution, collaborate with IPTs, and manage material forecasts and risk.

This onsite role is based in Andover, MA (with options for Tewksbury, MA or McKinney, TX). You will interface with PMO, perform monthly forecasts, support program start-up, audits, and licensing requirements while shaping the future of aerospace and

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management, MRP systems/tools (PRISM, Kinaxis) and ROM Tool.
• US citizenship required for access to information under the program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and interface with the PMO.
• Report program status and communicate issues with customers; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts and align with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunity using ROM Tool for predictability.
• Support program start-up, MPP, CFB, and baselining activities.
• Contribute to bottoms-up proposals and CAPA supplier management.
• Assist program audits including USG Material Pricing Audits and Definization.
• Support EXIM licensing requirements and 130 Sweeps.
