RTX seeks a Sr. Manager, Material Program Manager to lead material requirements planning, procurement strategies, and supplier engagement within the Operations & Supply Chain group based in Massachusetts. You will drive program strategy, participate in gate reviews, and support DoD-compliant proposals in a matrixed environment.

The role requires extensive PM and supply chain expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate with executives. U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years in relevant roles.
• Advanced degree is preferred in related fields and related experience.
• ERP experience, particularly SAP, is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of procurement strategies, RFPs, and KPI implementation to ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead supply chain planning with IPTs to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Provide input on material strategy, supplier engagement, and early contract support.
