Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Sr Manager Material Program Manager to lead all supply chain activities for a program. You will align IPT, PMs, and functional leads to balance cost, schedule, and risk while guiding a talented team.

Typically, a university degree with 10+ years’ experience is expected (7+ years with an advanced degree). Aerospace/defense background is preferred, and travel up to 25% is required. DoD Secret clearance is required.

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager with a successful background in Supply Chain to fill a critical Sr Manager Material Program Manager (MPM) role. The MPM serves as the leader for all program’s supply chain activities and is the liaison between the Program Manager(s), Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization. This position requires an individual who will be able to exert impact and influence the overall goals of the program and the program IPT team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, balancing tactical work with managing projects, and capable of successfully interfacing with varying levels of management.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• Experience managing and/or leading a team

Qualifications We Prefer

• Supply chain experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry
• Experience coordinating strategies and managing tactical execution
• Prime proposal, negotiation experience, TINA compliance experience
• Financial acumen, budget management, EAC experience
• International Supply Chain experience

• Salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
