Job summary

RTX is seeking a Materials Program Manager (MPM) to support a DoD program in the Naval Air Missile strategic business unit. The MPM will be responsible for overall materials management including cost, schedule, quality, and supplier performance, reporting to the Program MPM Leads and Operations Leads within the Program Management Office.

This elevated role requires practical knowledge of executing processes, projects, and tactics, with experience in financials, contracting, proposal development

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional program leads.
• Experience navigating the execution of processes, projects, and tactics with impact.
• Experience with EVMS, EAC and AOP.

Responsibilities

• Understand and define operations current state using data analytics and qualitative methods.
• Identify and execute opportunities to optimize operations and supply chains.
• Create and implement supply chain strategies and roadmaps.
• Partner on planning and overseeing strategic process improvements across supply chain processes.
